Staff is friendly and bathrooms are clean. First time showering at a truck stop and it was cleaner & nicer than some hotel showers! They provided towels, which was a bonus! Very impressed, would recommend stopping here for a clean stop on your trip!

All pictures are of vehicles illegally parked (except the dropped trailers). One shows a bobtail unapologetically blocking two othwr trucks. For us law abiding citizens not stealing from you...fix this issue and this is a good place.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a security guard. I was parked exactly like several other truck drivers, yet I was the only person ordered to leave. I was not causing any problems, I was not blocking anyone, and I did nothing wrong. The way I was treated was humiliating and completely unprofessional. It felt like I was singled out because I am an immigrant, while everyone else was allowed to stay. No security guard should have the authority to treat people differently based on who they are. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident and review the security camera footage. If this guard cannot treat all drivers fairly and respectfully, he should not be working in a position that deals with the public. Every driver deserves to be treated equally and with respect.

I don't get it! I almost didn't come down here because of all the negative reviews. Glad I did!! The store & restrooms & showers were as clean or cleaner than most P/FJ's. Well stocked. No knocking on my semi door. Employees were great, including Anthony in Arby's. Only problem, inside shower walls & floor are due for a scrub (some mold & mildew), AND MANAGER "MARK" thinks the coffee area, in front of customers & for everyone to witness, is a good place to have a discussion with an employee, "Phylicia". EXTREMELY unprofessional of him! Take those discussions elsewhere! Poor girl looked very uncomfortable. I mentioned that to him because they were right in the way, but it didn't seem to register!

This location has a serious traffic and safety problem that remains unresolved. The truck parking area has effectively become a commuter throughway between North Rhett Avenue and Remount Road. Passenger vehicles constantly cut through the lot to avoid nearby traffic lights, often moving much faster than they should in an area where semi trucks are actively maneuvering, backing into spaces, fueling, and where drivers are walking through the lot. While writing this review, I watched a truck attempting to back into a parking space while multiple vehicles continued cutting through the lot instead of allowing the driver room to work safely. From conversations with staff, it sounds like this issue has been reported and efforts have been made to involve local authorities and city officials, but the problem continues. Unfortunately, that doesn't change the reality that drivers and customers are left dealing with an increasingly unsafe situation every day. Truck stops are designed to support large commercial vehicles that require space, time, and visibility to operate safely. When a parking lot becomes a commuter bypass route, those safety margins disappear quickly. This is not a compl
